Our garden
We made our garden on an old hay field in front of our house ( 1.5 acres ). We all grew on raising beds. We chose the crop rotation of 4 years to avoid parasites, rots on different kind of vegetables families. All is naturally grown, with no sprays : when we plant the seeds, we put some kelp ( acadian seaplants ) and some fossil shell flour ( Diatomaceous Earth : D/E) and our own manure.
We are really proud of the result : we have a huge harvest and the fresh vegetables have a nice flavor.

You can buy our vegetables :
- farm gate ( please call us before )
- At Alexandria Farmers'Market, each Thursday from 3pm to 6pm ( May to mid-October )
- At Quartier Vanier ( Ottawa ) Farmers'Market, each Saturday from 9am to 1pm ( July to mid-October )
