- Canadian residents must pay GST or HST as applicable.

- Satisfaction guaranteed or return within 10 days for refund.
- Payment options: checks, money orders. Orders paid by check will be shipped after check clears.
- Customs or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and are not included in the shipping and handling totals.
- Returns: Authorization must be obtained prior to any returns.
Shipping
We proceed to ship every Thursday.
We ship our orders mainly through Canada Post. For orders that need to arrive sooner, shipping by Xpresspost can be offered. Moreover, if it's easier for you, we can ship by bus lines.
Free shipping on Canadian orders of $200.00 and greater!
You will be notified by email when we ship.
We are not responsible for delays with the postal company once your item has been shipped.

Authorization must be obtained prior to any returns.
Returns must be arranged within 10 days of receiving the items - and items must be returned in their original condition. They have to be in their original packaging, along with any and/or all accessories, parts and instructions. They should be in good condition and not used, washed or worn.
Returns of items will receive a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling). You are responsible for return shipping costs.
