Where to find our products and how to order them?
We offer these choices for finding and/or ordering our products:- direct from the farm
- by contacting us by mail, e-mail, phone
- at La Maison de l'Isle in Hawkesbury, 2 rue John.
- every Saturday, at Finnigan's Market, Hudson, QC, during the fall season ( from the beginning of September until the end of October ).
- at Christmas Craft Fair of Vankleek Hill
Direct from the farm (by appointment)
We are living on our farm but we can be in the barn, in the garden, in the fields, in town to do the grocery, etc...
We ask you to contact us for setting up an appointment for all these reasons.
This way, you will have all of our attention.

By contacting us by mail, e-mail, phone
Before sending all payments, contact us to check the availability of the items and to obtain the total amount of your invoice, including the shipping cost and insurance if wanted (once shipped, we are not responsible for lost/damaged packages).
After receiving an email order confirmation, you have to send us your payment within 10 days. During this period, we keep those items for you. If the payment didn't reach us during the 10 days, we will return the items for sale.
Payment options: checks, money orders. Orders paid by check will be shipped after check clears.
Free shipping on Canadian orders of $200.00 and greater!

Shipping
For now, we ship only to Canada.
We proceed to ship every Thursday.
We ship our orders mainly through Canada Post. For orders that need to arrive sooner, shipping by Xpresspost can be offered. Moreover, if it's easier for you, we can ship by bus lines.
You will be notified by email when we ship.

Returns
Authorization must be obtained prior to any returns.
Returns must be arranged within 10 days of receiving the items - and items must be returned in their original condition. They have to be in their original packaging, along with any and/or all accessories, parts and instructions. They should be in good condition and not used, washed or worn.
Returns of items will receive a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling). You are responsible for return shipping costs.
